Our Mission

Building Lives | Transforming Communities

This statement has been derived from two passages of Scripture:

Ephesians 4:11 through Ephesians 4:12 (NLT)
11He is the one who gave these gifts to the church: the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, and the pastors and teachers. 12Their responsibility is to equip God’s people to do his work and build up the church, the body of Christ.

Matthew 28:19 (NLT)
19Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

The Ephesians 4 passage is all about equipping and releasing individuals to fulfil the Matthew 28 passage - the great commission.

Dreambuilders Church is committed to Go and Make – to Equip and Release.

“Building lives” is all about Equipping and Making while “transforming communities” is all about Releasing and Going.

Our Vision

Vision is a glimpse into the future.

Following are a series of statements that describe what we see happening in the process of fulfilling mission:

- We see dreambuilders church as a large group of people passionate about worshipping and serving the Lord with gladness.
- We see a group of people whose eyes are firmly fixed on Jesus - people who know Him as their Saviour, who worship and serve Him as Lord and reflect His character.
- We see a church full of people who are equipped and released to use their God-given gifts and talents to present the good news about Jesus Christ in a contemporary manner.
- We see a church that desires to do its very best in everything it does for the glory of God.
- We see a church that is powerful, exciting, progressive and dynamic - a group of people that others would want to be a part of.
- We see a church passionate about leading people to Christ and helping them reach their God-given destiny.
- We see dreambuilders church as a large regional church, raising up teams to help meet needs in the community, to plant outreach churches and to reach the unreached in various parts of the world.

The people that will see these statements become a reality are those who carry a Dreambuilders Church DNA and imbibe and represent a Dreambuilders culture
